ASHTANGA Yoga is traditional Yoga therapy consisting of eight limbs of Yoga where in the exercise part for health benefit is just one of the limbs.

Although they both involve concentration and breathing, meditation is a practice of cultivating awareness of our habitual thought patterns, and pranayama is a practice of refining breathing ability and awareness of prana. You may choose to end your asana practice with another short meditation session.

There are seven main chakras in every human body through which there is a flow of energy. Due to emotional turbulences & conflicts there is a tendency for the chakras to be clogged or disaligned, which prevents the flow of energy. This can be balanced with yogic kriyas and asanas.
